Records Department

The Records Department provides citizens with the following:

1. Accident Reports and Offense reports are free for the first copy. You may come by the Sheriff's Office to receive a report Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. or you may request a report by emailing sheriff@co.lincoln.ms.us.

1. Public Records may be requested under the below policy and by using the form listed. Please follow the directions listed in the policy.
